Groundbreaking Ceremony held for “The Launiu Ward Village”

On October 22, 2025 (local time), the groundbreaking ceremony was held for “The Launiu Ward Village,” the 11th condominium in the Ward Village master-planned community in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The event was attended by representatives from the developer, The Howard Hughes Holdings, along with design and construction partners and members of the local media. The ceremony featured a traditional Hawaiian blessing conducted by a Native Hawaiian officiant, creating a solemn and hopeful atmosphere for the future of the project.
